Official Transcripts
Most 4-year colleges require official transcripts to be sent along with your application. The official transcript includes a notarized transcript, school profile, and test scores (upon request). However, schools on the Common Application allow the transcript to be sent electronically and your counselor can take care of that when he or she sends your letter of recommendation. Also, Oregon University System schools prefer us to send the transcript electronically.
Please stop by the counseling office to fill out a transcript order form. There are two versions. Please ask one of the secretaries or your counselor if you have questions.

Counselor Recommendations
If you are applying to colleges that require a counselor letter of recommendation, please make an appointment with your counselor. The following documents will need to be filled out in order for your counselor to write a comprehensive letter. A hard copy of this entire packet can be found in the College and Career Center.
